Discovered a capensis munching blighter today. It had silked together a cluster of petioles -- presumably so it could munch in peace. After extrication, it was relocated .... to a pitcher of my N. maxima.

Strangely enough I evicted a couple off my sarracenia yesterday, but in my anger didn't think of sustanance and flicked them over the fence:-)

Oh corky, insect pests should also be looked on as a food bank supply.
