I have several pots of these from the Job Lot and I'm beginning to think that they're Conophytums. Time will tell. This one in the middle was a shrivelled up skin a few days ago, now it's bursting forth with what appears to be 5 lobes.

Correction, 6 lobes so it's tripled to a clump of three heads. I'm suspecting I have Conophytum bilobum.

Ummmm the new leaves are extending to look more like Cheiridopsis denticulata - which eventually would look like this. I'm hoping I'm wrong as I have the fresh seedlings of this one. It's all good fun

I think I'll stop speculating on the ID of these. They do seem to be enjoying their new lease of life though. There's more of them in other pots too.
