In with the business bits

Yes indeedy, my garden fills up with hundreds in the spring, and although they encourage blackfly and cabbage white caterpillars the predators normally balance them out evntually. They cover a multitude of sins in my garden and as Fred intimates they are pretty, and the flowers, seeds, and leaves are edible and look good in arty farty salads.
