In this case the habitat is a pot. Originally it contained seedlings of D. intermedia All Green. Which was fine for a couple of years when the Stylidium decided to self seed. This gradually took over the pot, flowering very well too. Today, MrsG decided to give the Stylidium a haircut to remove the old flowering stems and this was found. Yes, one of our native orchids has decided it wants to have squatting rights. It will be interesting to see who decides to join in next.
