Fred, it's kinda odd that an island surrounded on all sides by water is currently drier than it is here in a landlocked prairie province protected to the west by the Rocky Mountains.

We've been off to a cooler and wetter summer season this year, but i'll take it because otherwise we'd be getting inundated with forest fire smoke.

But you should be getting some rain soon before your slugs and other gastropods begin to mount organized uncivil protests.

stevebooth: It mizzled here for 20 mins with no effect. The much forecasted wetness in the South, which will get great coverage because of where it is, wont get to me either I dont think. At least the evaporation rate is lower due to the higher humidity and low temps. Sept 5, 2024 9:35:27 GMT
