This is Asterella gracilis, the elegant or graceful Asterella. I believe Thin Starwort is also used. The plant is not a UK native, this one was kindly donated to my collection from outside the UK. 
At the moment the thalli are still quite small. when it arrived I couldn't even see them, luckily I planted them the right way up.
