A lovely colourful Arisaema with the slight scent of violets. MrsG can't detect the scent but I suppose that's understandable after all the years she's spent next to me The flowers are variable in colour and form over its range. This particular clone has a very long spath tip. Its native habitat is woodland in China, Japan, eastern Himalayas and South America. Arisaema candidissimum

Finally the white form decides to flower . Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you Arisaema candidissimum albaI have no idea why the spath is leaning forward, the Arisaema are usually stiffly erect
