B52 is definitely the Dionaea with the biggest traps I've grown to date. I was looking huge over the summer and surprisingly it's still going strong. These traps aren't that old as can be seen with their condition. They've only hit freezing the once so far. Nice plant, recommended.

Blimey that's looking good, looks like mine do mid season, mine have died back and lots of dead foliage , are you still keeping it very wet, mine are just damp , I may of stopped watering a bit too early this year on the side of caution

I don't let them dry out , I don't keep water in the tray in winter, I try to keep them damp . I had a bit of rot a few years back and thought I was keeping them too wet . I haven't lost any plants in the last few years but they do tend to lose a fair bit of foliage

By dried out I really mean the trays. I've been surprised over the past 3 or so winters just how much greenery the plants have kept. I think it's genetic too, Bohemian Garnet died back some time ago, just like last year.
