I This is a Sarracenia flava that I broke from its parent plant whilst leaf pruning in summer last year. It had one small leaf, no roots, and a small piece of rhizome. Having an aversion to throwing things away I popped it into a milk bottle watered it and have topped the bottle up since. As you see it has more leaves, a root system and even an inflorescence, it's not a strong plant but it hasn't had any nutrition whatsoever. I shall keep it in the bottle and see what prey it catches.
