She was sitting there all forlorn in the Garden Centre a week ago, so I rescued her. She was worth it!

That's quite the floral display there Corky!
Do you spritz a bit of dilute fertilizer on those leaves to get them to flower like that?

Never have on the leaves it only gets what it catches which isn't too much this year as it's on a windowsill, I do use a half diluted " orchid focus " in the water tray occasionally as I use it for heliamphora too, doesn't seem to do any harm to the pings but not sure of any benefits either.

"Orchid Focus Bloom" is high in the last two elements of the NPK formula and claims to "support heavy flowering".
Would have to say that claim is well borne out with your heavily flowering ping there, if you were using the "Bloom" formulation.
Thanks for the share!

Hi dvg, yep it's the bloom formula, there are four plants in the pic, it seems to have no negative effects on sphagnum either as that's growing in with the heliamphora

Good to hear that about the sphagnum, Corky.
Have you had a chance to try the "Orchid Focus Grow" on any of your pings?
There is probably a niche market to be claimed by the first person/company to introduce an effective mexi-ping fertilizer onto the market
If it could coax otherwise difficult flowers out of finicky to flower species plants...
...and make them look as good as your 'Tina''s do...
...ah, nice job on those!
