This is one of those plants that is particularly striking in diffused light. This is its second year with me, being grown outside in a bog, it is labelled as S. ‘Iridescence’ but rather annoyingly I have no information on it at all. If anyone knows the plant and can fill in some blanks I would appreciate it.

As you probably already know Steve, it's not a registered cultivar ( at least, it's not on the ICPS list yet)

It looks to me like S. flava v flava AF (you've a better idea than me on that) and Ada is the one for information on those.
