This is a bit off a strange one in as much as I don’t remember getting it, but it looks like a double (or more) form of the marigold. Attachments:

That's a favorable mutation...the flower is looking very marigold-like. (Tagetes)
Caltha palutris grows over here in our roadside ditches.
We also have the white marsh marigolds ( Caltha leptosepala) here in Alberta.
