Cheap and cheerful L. karasmontana v bella still has striking markings. Well I think so. This is one from a mixed pot of unlabelled plants I bought (cheaply) a couple of years ago.

A new arrival this week L. 'Lerichegreen' or to give it its full name Lithops karasmontana ssp. karasmontana v. lericheana 'Lerichegreen'.

Just to confuse things slightly. here's a Lithops karasmontana ssp karasmontana v lericheana.Also compare these two with the photos above. Both are L. karasmontana ssp. bellaIt gets one thinking that L. karasmontana may be a little variable within the species, the subspecies and even the varieties

Newly arrived, it was also a freebe Lithops karasmontana ssp. karasmontana v. aiaisensis ‘Orange Ice’.

There were quite a few v. bella pots taking up room so I combined a few of them into a tray to release some of the space. It worked too
