These are all very amazing Fred... ...and you'd only have to pop a pair of googly eyes on them, and you'd have not just "living stones", but "talking rocks" too... Would make for a cute photo, anyway dvg

Dinteranthus microspermus ssp puberulus is the first of my Dinteranthus to start the rejuvination process. It all helps on the learning curve with these plants.

I'm not exactly sure what this one is getting up to.

This is definitely not behaving as I expected. The formation of the new leaves between the new leaves would suggest ( if it was a Lithops) that I have been over-watering. As this plant hasn't been watered since at least October I would seriously consider than not to be the case. It's all part of the learning curve . It's why we do what we do.

Yeah, definitely a Transformer, that one. Still wondering what the purpose of that "lynch pin" is for. Salvador Dali would have been thrilled to have had that creation around as his inspirational muse. dvg

A new arrival, Dinteranthus vanzylii. Much closer looking to a Lithops than the others of this genus.

Yes, this last one had me fooled into believing it was a Lithops.
Just curious how different its flower is from said Lithops.

A couple of D. vanzylii nicely putting out the new leaves. Yes, I know they look exactly like Lithops.
