This plant was up for sale as an unusual Lithops. It was so unusual I recognised it as a Conophytum. It's obviously a member of the Ophthalmophyllum group, which is difficult to separate and I've labelled it as -
I'm happy with that ID.
Incidentally my winning bid was £2
Edit:- Looking further It looks like this was once Ophthalmophyllum triebneri aka Ophthalmophyllum friedrichiae triebneri aka Conophytum friedrichiae triebneri just to make label printing easier.
Some may prefer Ophthalmophyllum (Conophytum) friedrichiae trebneri
stevebooth: I don’t begrudge them the Sphagnum, it’s what is with it that I covet, plus they seem to totally remove the top layer and use the lower levels, I have hopefully rendered many of the pots more birdproof this afternoon.

stevebooth: The first new outside pitcher of the year has opened today, that’s some difference to the greenhouse plants. The flowers are looking nice though.
