This one always seems to be contemplating dreams of a sleepy dormancy period. Moved it into warmer humidity with my N. northiana, in hopes of thwarting away any ideas of a winter slumber. dvg

Nice colour, any plans on sharing some nepenthes pics🙂 Thanks Corky. Corky, I've moved away from growing Neps to concentrate on smaller species such as mexi-pings and certain types of bladderworts. As a consequence, my Nep collection has been radically reduced from what it once was. For my Nep fix, i'll have to rely on your sturdy collection, vicariously dvg

This one likes to get itself locked into its winter leaved phase and then it ends up staying there indefinitely, under my regular growing conditions. So, to change things up, its pot was moved to underneath a humidity dome directly under lights. Some time later, after some of the overgrown mosses were plucked away, this is how the mother plant and her former leaf-pulled kin were doing. But upon closer inspection of the mother's rosette growth point, something here has gone unmistakably askew too. dvg

They said it's just a phase and it too will pass... like it was just a spiked purple mohawk hairdo, or sumfin dvg

Another update on this pot... The bigger clump in the middle is a real monster, but patience is in order until it sorts itself out into a few separate normal looking rosettes. dvg

Did this one ever sort itself out? Or did it just keep proliferating?

Down to just two small plants of that one now. It might not be long for the collection here, but in that case more room will be available for a happier camper. dvg
